I personally like the title. I Imagine this song will detail the dirty/edgy New York underground world Lady Gaga was "born" in. And based on that I expect nothing but pure INSANITY!!!! Something like Just Dance 5.0 mixed with a little of Paper Gangsta(lol) As for the album I title I'm really diggin' it, cause I really think it represent Gaga so well. For some reason I feel that when Gaga does a re-release it feels IMPORTANT but when others do it kinda feels.....well desperate(-_-)
